Focus
In this seminar, you will hear about the work-related challenges and needs of people of different genders, and how to design workplaces that are safe for women and support their health and well-being. You will also learn how the Naturland Social Responsibility Standard protects women through its specific requirements. To provide a practical perspective, two Naturland members from Kenya and Colombia will share their individual approaches to more gender equality at work, giving insights into their gender committees, policies and specific actions.
