Processing the coffee cherries

This video shows the procedure of processing the coffee cherries in Burundi in a Naturland Fair certified coffee cooperative.

The video has been developed in the framework the “Partner Afrika” Project implemented by Naturland in partnership with ROAM (Rwanda Organic Agriculture Movement), with a particular focus on the women’s group Ejo Heza in the KOPAKAMA cooperative (Karongi district, Rwanda).
